1st NH Tango Fest: this Saturday, October 13!
The 1st NH TangoFest workshops and milonga are this Saturday, October 13, at the Mill-a-Round Dance Center in Manchester, NH.
The afternoon workshops are scheduled at 2:15pm and 3:45pm, with a break for dinner at 5pm. The last workshop, from 7:15pm to 8:30pm, is immediately followed by the ATANH milonga, which lasts until midnight.
ATANH is bringing some of the most talented Argentine tango instructors in our area to our first NH TangoFest, and such quality in teaching at an inexpensive price is well worth the trip! The workshops cater from beginners to intermediates, so there is something for everyone.

Tango: Defining the Elements of Tango
with Ron Gursky
(who teaches in Portsmouth, NH, and in Watertown, MA)
3:45-5pm
Valz: Rhythmic syncopations, changes of direction in a dynamic sequence
with Adriana Pinto and Carl Potvin
(who teach in Portsmouth, NH, and host milongas there and in the Boston area)
5-7pm
Break for dinner
7-7:15pm

Travel, Turn and Play: A fun traveling turn and some variations
with Ethan Plunkett and Jennie Riley
(who teach in the Upper Valley of NH and in Norwich, VT)
8:30pm-midnight
1st NH TangoFest Milonga with Ethan Plunkett as DJ, featuring a raffle drawing, and a performance by Ethan and Jennie at about 10pm
COST:
- $10 per single workshop session
- $25 for all three workshops if mailed in advance to: ATANH, 1 Essex Drive, Bow, NH 03304
- $30 for all three workshops if you sign up on the day of the event
