Hello, fellow tangeros and would-be-tangueros!
The radio show “Tango Tales: music, dance, poetry, people” on Portsmouth Community Radio (WSCA 106.1FM-LP) is now absolutely officially on the station’s program schedule.
The time of the broadcast is SATURDAYS 9-10AM.
For those, who can not receive a signal, listen via internet www.tangotales.com click Listen Live. The stream works well even if you are connected via phone (I tested it!). You can listen to some of the programs ANY TIME by downloading MP3 audio files from www.tangotales.com.
DO YOU LIKE ALTERNATIVE TANGO MUSIC? Check out the song list with sound snippets on tangotales.com/AlternaTango.htm. I periodically browse the station’s audio library for the cool non-tango stuff.

The Argentine Tango Association of New Hampshire presents its next “Second Saturday” monthly milonga:
THIS SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 10
at the Mill-a-Round Dance Center
250 Commercial St.
Manchester, NH
TWO (yes, two!) Pre-milonga lessons will be offered!
1. Tango tricks, with instructors Cameron and Kim Bennett (bottom photo)
2. Beginner’s lesson, with local instructors
Both start at 7:30pm
Milonga: 8:30pm-midnight
Raffle drawing for a free tango CD: 10pm-ish (prior to demo)
DEMO with Stanley Dankoski and Ariana “Annie” Pease (top photo) at about 10pm
PRICES:
ATANH and BrAATS members: $10
nonmembers: $15
students: $5
Join us for an evening of Argentine tango (traditional, nuevo and alternative), with a tanda or two of other types of dance, at the Mill-a-Round Dance Center in Manchester. Plethora of parking available.
