ABOUT TOM JENKINS:
Tom has been dancing Argentine tango for several years, and began performing and teaching tango full-time in the summer of 2005. Tom teaches both group and private lessons in Boston’s North Shore area, and hosts a bi-weekly Sunday practica in Marblehead, Mass. His creative, dramatic dance has been influenced by the instruction and inspiration of such masters as Hector Falcon, Murat Erdemsel, Miriam Larici & Hugo Patyn, and Armando Orzuza & Daniela Arcuri. Tom incorporates both classic and new styles into a dance of sensuous musicality and movement. His lessons focus on “tango presence,” establishing connection, and dramatic dance dialogue.
